Welcome to AFFINĒ Atelier ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, affineatelier.com, and any related services, purchases, or communications (collectively, the "Site").

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

AFFINĒ Atelier is a U.S.-based company offering curated home goods, décor, and lifestyle objects. All items sold on this Site are either designed, curated, or sourced by AFFINĒ Atelier and are offered in limited quantities.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be posted here, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

All products are subject to availability. Because many of our items are handmade, vintage, or one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee restocks once an item sells out.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Limit quantities purchased per customer or per household
• Correct any errors or inaccuracies in product listings, descriptions, or pricing

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay, all processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

All orders are packaged and fulfilled by hand. Processing times generally range from 3–5 business days, excluding presale or backordered items. During high-volume periods, fulfillment may take longer.

Shipping is managed through FedEx or UPS. AFFINĒ Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

All sales are final. Because many of our products are handmade, limited edition, or vintage, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@affineatelier.com within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

Our pieces are often handcrafted or made from natural materials. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are inherent to the materials used and are not considered defects.

All content on this Site — including text, product descriptions, images, logos, and design — is the property of AFFINĒ Atelier and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any part of the Site or its content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

AFFINĒ Atelier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or products purchased.

In no event shall AFFINĒ Atelier's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that product descriptions or Site content are error-free, complete, or current.

You agree to indemnify and hold AFFINĒ Atelier harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
